I am currently enrolled in the Master of Fine Arts program for Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University. I recently finished my first novel for which I am seeking representation. I am a writer and educator who is passionate about student learning. I have been a writing tutor at Duke's prestigious Thompson Writing Program where I assisted a wide variety of writing in the sciences and the humanities. I also created and led a summer workshop for public high school students to assist them in writing their college essay applications.

I am a second-year graduate student in the Steve Hicks School of Social Work program at the University of Texas at Austin pursing a Masters in Social Work.
