I was born and raised in Utah and have developed a deep background in the principles of creative writing, college-level writing, reading, and literature. I earned a BA in English with a Creative Writing Emphasis at Weber State University and have had some of my fictional work offered to be published in undergrad literary journals. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree at Western Governor's University in Secondary English Education and have just finished all my coursework. This, along with over three years of experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, is the foundation of my commitment to helping out all my students. While I tutor a variety of subjects, I am most passionate about English, literature, creative writing and academic writing; and most importantly, inspiring students to develop a love for learning and always giving their best effort.
