I became a teacher to contribute to my worldwide community in a meaningful way. Teaching is one of the most direct ways I feel I can make an impact, and I am driven by the desire to help those around me and people I have never met, being a teacher is an invaluable contribution, I can't save the world, but I can help people explore it. I ask a lot of questions. This directly engages students in the material and gives them opportunities to achieve a level of mastery.

Hobbies
I love the outdoors! I enjoy hiking, camping and spending days in tent out in the middle of nowhere cooking over an on open fire. I have hiked to the top of a mountain and did not see another person for 3 days. All alone with nothing but a fire, tent and creek for water. I am also a huge baseball fan, I play golf and tennis. I love my wife and time with her. I joke a lot and have fun whenever and however I can. I mostly laugh at myself.
