I am a graduate of the University of Georgia. I received a Bachelor's Degree in both Spanish and Political Science. During my undergraduate career, I spent my junior year as an exchange student at the University of Puerto Rico taking classes in Spanish linguistics, business Spanish, American Foreign Policy, and Constitutional Law. I later studied law for a year and a half and then attended the University of California Los Angeles, where I received a graduate certificate in Spanish Interpretation & Translation.

I am currently a 4th year medical student at a US-MD program. I am looking to work with prospective medical school and college applicants. I know how stressful and overwhelming the application process can be, and I am committed to helping students succeed. Having attended an Ivy League University and being accepted to medical school on my first try, I am excited to help students with writing and editing services for personal statements, secondary applications, AMCAS most meaningful activities, Common App essays, or supplementary college essays. I also offer USMLE Step 1 and 2 tutoring.

I'm a computer and social scientist. I hold graduate degrees from Columbia University and the University of Chicago and earned my bachelor's at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to teaching at the undergraduate level, I research ways the natural sciences can be used to advance the study of anthropology and history. I am currently completing my PhD.

I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Neuroscience, a minor in Sociology, and a certificate in French language. I gained a great deal of tutoring experience during my time with the Penn Tutoring Center, where I tutored Cognitive Science and French. After graduation, I served as a Community Relations Coordinator at Success Academy for two years, during which I was able to practice my elementary school tutoring skills. Since I applied to 16 universities, I also have plenty of college application experience! Additionally, I am a native Spanish speaker and I am currently working on "Problem Solving and Comprehension" by Whimbey, Lochhead, and Narode to keep my standardized testing skills sharp. I am a Rice University student majoring in sociology and history. I have been blessed with the opportunity to study with people who truly care to help me develop my passion for studying the human condition and analyzing the events that lead to the formation of modern society. Therefore, I am eager to help those who want to learn by sharing my knowledge in the best way I can to help them grow. I am hard-working, patient, and always maintain a positive attitude. I am passionate about writing and literature. During my undergraduate studies, I read over 500 books for personal and academic reasons. These texts ranged in time period, genre, and field-- allowing me to possess diverse knowledge and experiences. I also have written for personal and creative reasons as well as academic researched based work. I am also an MFA in Writing student at Columbia University.

I am “HQ” (Highly Qualified) certified to teach Social Studies for grades 7-12. I currently teach a sophomore level ethics class at St. Edwards University. I taught several classes at The University of Texas at Austin as a Doctoral Candidate, where I also earned my M.A. in Philosophy. At the University of Southern California, I earned my B.A. with Departmental Honors along with the Discovery Scholar’s award for excellence in independent research. I have been tutoring and teaching for eleven years, with a primary emphasis on developing my students’ writing and critical thinking skills.

I'm a recent graduate from the University of Chicago with BAs in Anthropology as well as History and Philosophy of Science. I love to teach about these subjects, and am also eager to tutor writing and study skills! I have experience tutoring students from early childhood to college-age in history, math, English and Spanish. I also have experience copyediting and giving content and structure feedback on student's writing. I would love to work with you!
