I graduated from Princeton University cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs, and certificates in Global Health and Health Policy and Translation and Intercultural Communication. I will be attending Columbia Law School from 2014 to 2017, working toward a Juris Doctorate degree. I have tutored a wide range of subject areas during college, including languages (I have native fluency in Chinese and French - and have also tutored beginner to intermediate Spanish, Arabic and Russian), math (through calculus), intro micro- and macroeconomics, Statistics, and test prep (ACT, SAT, GRE, APs, and select IB subjects). I also have experience tutoring graduate students with ESL. I love getting to know my students and understanding how they study best. I tailor my teaching style and methods to each individual, and sometimes I find that the most effective way to learning is to have the student teach it back to me. I always end up learning a lot in unexpected ways from my students, and that's why I love tutoring.
