About Me

I am a first-year Physician Assistant student at the University of Pittsburgh, where I also graduated in 2024 with my Bachelors of Science in Natural Sciences. I had an undergraduate focus in neuroscience and conceptual foundations of medicine. Since freshman year of high school, I have put forth many hours tutoring students of all ages, ranging in many subjects. My personal favorite subject to tutor in is Algebra, but I have tutored in math ranging from elementary school level to high school level. I have also tutored in the sciences and Spanish. Although I started learning Spanish in middle school, I spent half of high school in college-level Spanish courses and obtained my Seal of Biliteracy. For me, there are two feelings when tutoring that go unbeaten:1. When your student finally grasps a concept they have been struggling with.2. When your student comes back with their first improved test grade. I try to accommodate to the needs of all my students and revolve tutoring around each student's personal goals. Whether it's getting a better understanding of one concept, getting class grade up, or preparing for an exam, I do my best to do what's best for the student.
