About Me

I am a recent magna cum laude graduate from the University of Miami, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology. Furthermore, I am an accepted medical student and will officially start my medical education in August 2016. As a result of these accomplishments, I know for a fact that dedication and effort can pay off when it comes to academics. While my ultimate goal is to become a physician, I also greatly enjoy helping students learn and reach their academic potential. From firsthand experience, I understand that most schools provide a cookie-cutter style of teaching that may not be the best way for many students to learn a particular subject/topic. My goal as a tutor is to not only highlight a student's strengths to keep them motivated, but to also challenge them and encourage them to reach new levels of success with their education through a personalized style of learning. As a STEM advocate, I specialize in teaching most levels of math, science, and writing. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you reach your full academic potential!
