Hey there! I'm the nerdy girl who classmates ask for help in any subject!
I'm a licensed teacher with a bachelor's degree in Art Education and a minor in Spanish. I enjoyed three years of teaching high school before learning about travel nursing and pursuing that! I just got an associate's degree in nursing and passed the NCLEX to become a registered nurse.
Before landing a teaching job, I worked with teenage English Language Learners to succeed in every high school course. Learning and teaching math is a special interest of mine; don't let the art degree fool you! In fact, I've tutored people of all ages in a wide variety of subjects including physics, philosophy, chemistry, writing, portraiture and of course mathematics from basics all the way to Calculus AB.
My philosophy: A good teacher never makes a statement when she could ask a question. I'm excited to ask all the right questions to help turn this learning struggle into a pleasure and get you on to the next one!
