I am a retired mathematics teacher. I am enjoying my retirement by traveling for 2 years around the United States and the Caribbean. I believe all students are capable of learning and improving through hard work and time. As a tutor, I believe it is my job to help facilitate this growth and learning! I am looking forward to working with students on line as I continue my own personal adventures.

I am an experienced licensed high school English teacher with a focus on rhetoric, argumentation, and a process-based approach to writing. I am currently one semester away from completing a Masters with a writing instruction focus. I love to help students begin to see themselves as writers and unlock their potential.

I am available to tutor Latin, physics, and all levels of math. Outside of academics, I am an avid tournament chess player, and I enjoy running and cycling.
