I'm reaching out to you because I'm very interested in being your personal tutor!

I am very student-centered and try to treat my students individually, trying to see what works best for them and making them feel comfortable and able to take risks in the learning environment. My favorite subject to teach and tutor is English, but I also feel comfortable with social studies. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, crocheting, swimming, boating, and watching TV.

I am a 30 year member of Sigma Theta Tau. I have been practicing professional nursing for over 40 years, 30 as an FNP. I have taught nursing school in most subjects, and I have been a Certified Diabetes Educator, CDCES, for 20 years. I am a graduate of Ashland College where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education.
