Tutoring has always been a part of my life. In high school, I used a tutor in almost all of my classes freshman and sophomore year. Junior year I used a tutor for the ACT. In all of these cases, my grades and test scores moved up an exponential scale. I have taken what was taught to me, improved upon it, and can now teach it back to others. My senior year of high school I tutored juniors in ACT prep. In addition to those experiences, I have taken AP Literature, AP Language, AP US History, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, and AP Statistics. I received 5's on all tests. I am up to date on the reformed common core curriculum currently used in public schools as well. Furthermore, I am capable of working with special needs children. I have worked with children on the autism spectrum, children with down syndrome, and Deaf children in behavioral therapy and their class courses. Currently, I am a sophomore at Washington University in Saint Louis. To get to where I am today I used tutors, so I want to help other people get where they want to be by being a tutor.
