I am a hardworking individual who loves to be challenged. I am extremely determined and have earned degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Law. Since a child, I have always had a love for reading which continues to this day. In my down time I enjoy traveling, fashion, and food.

While I have earned a master's degree in accounting, I have found that learning is best achieved through applying ideas to real-world solutions. As I progress toward earning the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, I recognize that determination, curiosity, and patience are critical to education. Through working as an instructor for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, I have had the opportunity to instruct students from diverse backgrounds and intellectual passions. I am originally a Texas native. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Hospital Business and a minor in French and Microbiology. During college, I worked with the athletic department as a general and subject tutor. My years of experience as a tutor, as well as my own experience as a student, have allowed me to acquire ample and diverse learning and studying techniques. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Science at Drexel University as a I work on applying to medical school. I am fluent in Spanish and French (thus enjoy tutoring both) but definitely have experience tutoring science and business courses as well.I am an avid learner and consider education an invaluable tool that everyone should be permitted to have. In college, I volunteered in an underrepresented community and continuously tried to inspire high school students to become leaders and pursue their goals.
