I am a graduate of Michigan State University, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with minors in Biology and History. As a classroom teacher, I taught grades 5-8 with an emphasis in the Sciences. As a tutor, I love that I have the chance to give a student the undivided attention that they are often unable to receive in a busy classroom. My goal as a tutor is to help students take ownership over their own learning and to become more resilient learners.
