I am currently continuing my education in the medical sector, and volunteer at a local hospital with some of my spare time. I'm very confident in my ability to tutor all subjects, but I am most experienced in tutoring students in math and science. Based on my experience, students tend to learn best when they're taught to understand concepts, rather than being asked to memorize. During my study breaks, I enjoy swimming, bike riding, cooking and, more importantly, eating.

I am a pre-med student with a major in Health Science and a concentration in Public Health. My end goal is to one day work for the World Health Organization, traveling the world and helping to prevent epidemics such as Ebola and malaria. But in the mean time, I focus much of my time tutoring, so I can help others achieve the academic success that I have had.

I am a graduate of the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at City College, an accelerated seven-year combined B.S./M.D. program. I completed my medical education at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. Since graduation, I have been doing research in cardiology and pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Health at SUNY Downstate.
