I have studied In Costa Rica for my Junior year of University. I lived and taught Spanish in Phoenix AZ. I traveled extensively throughout Spain for 2 months and I have also traveled in Mexico.... Positivity, creativity, and muscle memory. The art of teaching is beautiful, almost as beautiful as the art of learning.

I like to help students get prepared for university. I do this by simplifying the material they are struggling with, and re-presenting fundamental concepts in my own terms.

I am one of those wacky people who loves the English language. For 31 years, I've had the privilege to share my love of learning. I have extensive experience working with students with extreme anxiety as well as a multitude of learning differences. Truly, I believe that leaning should be enjoyable for all parties involved!

I am currently a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them out. I have tutored students in Math, Reading, and English. I love working a problem out with a student and seeing the lightbulb go off in their eyes.
