I also love to tutor for the ACT and want to help as many students as possible realize their biggest dreams within the world of academia (and encourage their other dreams outside of it!). There are so many students that are discouraged and disheartened in the typical classroom setting because they aren't able to receive the individualized attention they require. I love to relate academic concepts to the student's personal life and teach them better habits for eventual success on their own. Once the student learns how they learn best, they become much more confident going forward in school and feel a significant reduction in anxiety during tests (a challenge many students face).
