I am from Nashville, Tennessee but have lived in seven different states all over the U.S. I currently attend Brigham Young University and am loving it. The key is to spark the fun and excitement of learning within the student. I have tutored primarily middle and high school students but am comfortable with any age. I tutor many subjects, but am especially proficient in the areas of test preparation, math, and Spanish. I took several AP classes, was on the honor roll, and was blessed to receive a full-tuition National Merit scholarship for college. I currently have an open major but am leaning toward a degree in finance or information systems. I am fluent in Spanish thanks to a two-year mission for my church. Because of this I am now part of a Hispanic volunteer group helping children learn to read more fluently. I played rugby and football, and I love doing things outdoors, whether it be hiking, going to the lake, skiing, or backpacking. I have also traveled to many parts of the world and enjoy having new experiences and learning about other cultures.
