I began to realize that I communicate well with others and that I enjoy explaining and teaching concepts. I started to tutor younger students, and I realized that I love it! I love seeing the progress that people make, and being able to help people get over challenges that they never thought they could get over. I take a hands-on, enabling approach to tutoring. I always give my students the opportunity to figure something out themselves, and when they struggle, I coach them through the problem, enabling them to discover methods and patterns themselves. I find that this method of tutoring leads to the longest-lasting learning, and the highest satisfaction for both me and the student. Outside of academics, I love music (listening to and making it), sports (especially football and volleyball), and entrepreneurship. I have many business ideas, some of which are in the works, and others which I hope to be able to make realities in the future.
