Learning has been a constant part of my life. Ever since I was a little kid, I have enjoyed finding out new things about the world through books, videos, conversations, and experiences. As I have gotten older, my love of learning has grown to include a love of teaching..As a teacher, I have experience working with students from kindergarten to undergraduate, in subjects as diverse as STEM, the humanities, outdoor skills, climbing, and barista craft. While teaching, I try to meet my students where they are at, then get them to where they need to be by empathetically adapting to their learning styles while maintaining high expectations,

I enjoy reading (both fiction and nonfiction), spending time outdoors camping, kayaking, and hanging out with family.
