As a devotee of educational importance, I cannot be more determined and excited to see new faces and spread the knowledge that has been bestowed upon me. I am a Syosset High School graduate, a part of the Stony Brook University Class of 2020, and a future part of the Stony Brook Medicine Class of 2024. As a member of the Honors College and the Scholars for Medicine program, I am working towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry in my undergraduate studies and will be working towards a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in my graduate studies at Stony Brook Hospital. Ever since junior year of high school, I've been exposed to a plethora of tutoring opportunities that have helped me perfect my skills in the field. I've allocated 650 hours of tutoring experience towards the academic progression of elementary, middle, and high school students alike, and I can't wait to tutor you next! Over the span of my tutoring experience, I've taught subjects ranging from middle and high school mathematics and sciences to SAT/ACT/AP examination prep, with a strong focus in the latter. My favorite subjects to tutor are those covered by standardized exams because, as a student who formerly performed poorly on these exams, I've experienced not only the struggle from scoring inadequately but also the joy and relief from improving significantly and overcoming the odds.
