I am passionate and enthusiastic about student learning. I am sensitive to the needs of individual students perceiving each one as a unique and special human being. I believe the quality of education a person receives in early life is indispensable in bringing out that person's potential.I believe all students should have access to quality learning in a meaningful, fun, creative and safe environment to contribute to their growth and overall well-being.I take a student focused approach providing well-balanced, supportive and engaging lessons while remaining flexible to ensure individual learning styles and abilities are addressed.I greatly value student input and involve the student in setting goals which are attained by progressing through small, manageable incremental steps.
