I am presently starting a Master's in Applied Mathematics at Queens College, hoping to obtain the necessary math skills to obtain what is one of my major goals: a PhD in Economics. There are two events through college that made me realize that in the future pedagogy as a College Professor could be one of my professions: teaching fellow classmates about a subject during group studies, and helping cousins via Skype with their homework. I personally believe that a person doesn't, solely, master a subject when he "aces" an exam, but when he is also able to communicate what he has mastered to another person and have that person "ace" as well. But most important of all, have you realize that you can make it; that if you put the time, and with an extra push from my part, as a team, you will get that perfect score you strive for.
