I'm looking to continue teaching Spanish and English to those who are motivated to learn. I began providing trumpet lessons at a young age, and then continued teaching privately in university in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. I have the skills and experience to teach Algebra, as well. I enjoy incorporating fun games and activities into my academic lessons, aiming to shine a different and more exciting light on learning for my students.

I am passionate about helping students learn how they learn best and to give strategies for success. I have worked with all levels of students and develop a learning approach catered to the individual's learning style.

I am always willing to continue doing. In my university research, I specialized in the formation of Spanish in heritage speakers. I proposed extensive literature as a didactic tool in the classroom that helps develop vocabulary and grammar acquisition in students.

I am a graduate student in Chicago studying occupational therapy. I recently finished my undergraduate studies in Psychology and English at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During breaks from school, I am a substitute teacher for a local high school district. I also tutor students online in English and Psychology. Looking forward to tutoring through Varsity Tutors!
