I am currently a Master's student at the Rochester Institute of Technology, finishing up a Computer Science degree. I am interested specifically in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning and have two years professional experience in the industry. I have been employed at companies in California, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

I am Kelsey! I have over 11 years of experience in healthcare! I graduated with my BSN in 2011 and with my MSN in 2016. I have experience in behavioral health, ambulatory, nursing education, and quality. I have held positions as a floor nurse, assistant nurse manager, nurse educator, and a patient safety professional. I want to help students in healthcare succeed so they can take care of others in the future :).

I am certified in Elementary and Primary Education with an American Sign Language endorsement. I have been teaching ASL for the past 15 years to high school students. Prior to that I taught elementary school for 11 years. Before public school teaching I taught in preschools and obtained my Montessori certification. I am passionate about teaching and helping spark interest in many different subjects. When not teaching academic subjects I teach Pilates to adults and teens.
