I am most passionate about inspiring students to appreciate the world through biology. All in all, I want my students to approach learning with a positive attitude and believe that they can improve.

I'm from the US, but currently studying in Germany. I have over three years of experience teaching and tutoring college-level mathematics. I have two dogs (Sawyer and Joey) and a cat (Kit).

I'm a graduate of Brigham Young University in Business Management, and I am currently working towards a Bioengineering degree at the University of Utah. I've always loved math and I'm great at helping students make sense of new or difficult concepts. As a tutor, I am careful to make sure that students are able to do problems on their own, without relying too heavily on memorization.

I am a lover of all things STEM. I believe in helping students help themselves. I have a lot of experience working with students as young as 4th grade all the way up to high school and college. STEM is more than just knowledge, it is practical skills that we all use everyday.

I am in my junior year as Manufacturing Engineering student at Brigham Young University. I have been working as a tutor and teaching assistant for my college age peers in the Civil Engineering Department for a year and a half. I also have experience working with children as an assistant teacher at a daycare.

I am the most happy with a paintbrush in my hand. On my own time, I love painting landscape and rural farm scenes. In addition to teaching, I enjoy making people laugh, playing the piano, and spending time with my family.
