My passion for helping students stems from my own experiences in school. Throughout my academic journey, I have had both triumphant moments and times when I needed to work ten times harder to stay ahead. Over time, I discovered and developed my own learning style, which has allowed me to excel as a student. I am an Honors graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I have experience as a substitute teacher for K-12, a learning assistant for undergraduate students, and a tutor for middle school and high schoolers.
