For the last 8 years, I have been working in a variety of schools in varying capacities ranging from aide to head teacher; from 4th through 12th grade and from the inner city, to suburbia to international. Each of them have been a great experience and have given me an interesting perspective on education. I love working one on one with motivated students who just need to find a way to understand their material in a way that they might not have had at their current school. I can use many different tools and strategies to help students understand different concepts and topics that are both current and interesting to students. I have yet to meet a student who I haven't been able to help in some way and I will never stop trying to help a student succeed. If my methods aren't the most effective, then I will find new ways to ensure that the sessions are productive and that the students goals are met. I am a laid back person who likes to make the sessions easygoing and fun but at the same time results oriented. If I am hired to tutor you or your child I promise you will not be disappointed.
