About Me

I am a graduate of San Jose State University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Molecular Biology. I also have a minor in chemistry. In college, I worked as a tutor for the university for 2 years. I tutored in math, biology, chemistry and study skills. I also worked in a lab at school for almost 3years studying the effects of fetal alcohol syndrome. I have gone to many conferences and have presented my research in many states. Since graduation, I traveled and worked in both Biotech and the healthcare field. I have a deep passion for human health and wish to become an OBGYN or Internist soon. I have always been a mentor/tutor. I have a sister 11 years my junior and lots of younger cousins who always ask me for help when it comes to school. I have always loved science and learning how things work. Science and math are not easy subjects to learn but they are very necessary to understand in today's world. In my spare time I like to travel, be creative, hike and watch mindless reality tv shows.
