About Me

I am entering my senior year at the University of Kansas. My course of study is BA Biochemistry and I am also working towards obtaining departmental honors in biology. I hope to attend dental school after completing undergrad. My primary goal as a tutor is to build confidence in my students by improving their study habits and their ability to tackle academic weaknesses. I plan on achieving this by going through fundamental questions of the particular discipline and then working with the student in the specific areas of the discipline that they are struggling with. From previous tutoring experience, I have learned that each student has varying learning styles. Accordingly, I strive to adapt my teaching style for each of my students so that their academic potential is maximized.
