I've made two documentary films and published fiction and poetry, and traveled to over thirty countries on five continents, so I have a lot of life experience that I bring with me to tutoring. My exposure to the SAT began when I got the highest SAT score in my school district when I was a junior (without tutoring, even!). I started tutoring the Verbal side of the SAT in Los Angeles in 1999. Then I branched out into the SAT Math and then into academic tutoring in many subject areas. I was tutoring celebrity kids in Malibu mostly at that time. Since then, I've tutored students from 1st grade to college in many different academic subjects, and always continued to tutor the SAT as well.
