About Me

Hello! I have been tutoring math in the Las Vegas area since 2007 and thoroughly enjoy working with students from middle/high school level through university. I tutor anything ranging from Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-calc, Math 95/96 Remedial Math, Math 124 College Algebra, Math 126/127 Pre-Calc, Math `120, and Math 132 Finite Math. I also assist in preparing for exams such as the math placement test, GED, SAT/ACT, GRE, and Praxis. I very much enjoy seeing students progress academically, especially in a subject that is difficult for many. I began and fell in love with tutoring working with TRiO Programs (Gear Up, Upward Bound, Student Support Services, and Adult Education Services). I have been a freelance tutor since graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2010.I tutor in the evenings after I get off work, 6 pm PST and later, Monday through Thursday. I am also available on weekends as needed. I meet all students in the UNLV Library as it is a central location (945 E. Harmon Ave 89119).
