About Me

My name is Vernica. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY but I'm currently in Columbus, Ohio studying neuroscience. My career in tutoring began when I was in 6th grade. I attended an advanced school that gave us the opportunity to take standardized tests meant for high schoolers three years earlier in middle school. Essentially, I finished high school before I ever began it. Because of that, high school was a series of AP and college courses. In May of 2015, I graduated with an Associate's degree in Biology before graduating high school in May of that same year. Math has always been my favorite subject so hopefully I can make it yours too!
