I love helping students with their work! I have 5 years of tutoring experience, two of which are in the classroom. I attended Connecticut College and received by BA in English Literature. I tutor middle and elementary school math and reading, however math is my favorite!

I am a 2023 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Finance/Economics major and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I am a passionate student in the math and business realms, as I enjoy the intuitiveness of the former and the real-world potential of the latter. During classes in middle and high school, I developed a reputation of being a good source of help within my classes in a non-tutor capacity, and grew that into a peer tutor role a couple times a week during lunch my senior year of high school. French is my mother tongue, as my mom's family all immigrated from France and still have a home there that I visit for several months every year. From kindergarten to 12th grade, I attended EFAC (Ecole Franco-Americaine de Chicago) and passed the French BAC in 11th grade. I've continued with my French education at the University of Michigan where I major in Creative Writing. Outside of French, my interests are writing, playing music, drawing/graphic design, and most importantly, traveling. I look forward to passing along my love for French and writing!

For my undergraduate education, I attended Claremont Mckenna College where I focused on English Literature.I have worked as a tutor and academic coach for the past five years. I have a passion for helping students learn how to self-assess and structure their own work so that they can develop holistic, sustainable ways of learning.While I tutor a range of subjects, I most enjoy teaching English, Literature, Writing, and History. In my off time, I practice capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art, and enjoy playing chess.

My experience with tutoring goes back to high school. I tutored math (and other subjects when needed) for three years at Niles North High School. I am also majoring in mathematics at Loyola University of Chicago.Although by personality I am an introvert, I enjoy meaningful relationships and am eager to build them with whomever I meet.As for teaching, I strive to be flexible in my teaching methods as I understand all tutees learn differently. For this reason, I try to make myself as available and open as possible so that the tutee may share his/her concerns, questions, and/or suggestions with me. After graduation, I came to the United States and got my Master's degree in Education from Michigan State University.
