I have 19 years of experience in the real estate business. I have been a real estate instructor teaching pre-license, continuing education and broker post license classes since 2017. The IL real estate broker exam is scenario based, so knowledge of real estate vocabulary, definitions and the concept behind the information is mandatory. I help my students gain this knowledge by pairing narratives from my real estate experience, and non-real estate based scenarios with the information taught to solidify the concepts they will need to know to pass the exam.

I used my skillset as a teacher to identify my own learning blocks, and develop and reinforce sustainable practices. It was only then that I significantly improved. With over 9 years of tutoring experience, I am passionate about working with all students, especially those needing assistance in finance, accounting, mathematics, and computer science/programming courses because these subjects present so many opportunities for problem solving and students to obtain that "aha" moment. I have also been FINRA licensed in Series 63 and Series 65.The exams are very challenging, but there is nothing there that you will not be able to comprehend and nail from the first attempt. Therefore, I am standing by to help you with these challenging exams.Additionally, I have been teaching as a licensed teacher for several years in public schools.
