I'm a current senior undergraduate student majoring in Biomedical Sciences who recently took the MCAT. I scored a 520 (131/126/131/132) when I took the exam this summer, self-studying for only 3 months and starting from a 502 diagnostic score. I was able to balance a job, volunteering, STEM tutoring, and my MCAT studying over this period.

I am a fourth year medical student currently studying in Houston. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Neurobiology from UT Austin. I am looking to return to school to earn my MA in Elementary Education. In the past I have also been a literacy tutor for elementary school students. I loved seeing my students' progress and enthusiasm about reading. My love of language also extends to foreign language. I studied Spanish for four years and have a future goal of learning sign language too!
