I'm a passionate tutor with a strong background in mathematics, physics, and engineering. I recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Applied Physics, and I'm now pursuing my PhD at Princeton in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Materials Science, focusing on polymer solar cells. I've been tutoring since high schoolstarting with AP Physics and precalcand have since helped students master everything from Python and fluid dynamics to statistics and SAT prep.
What I love most about tutoring is seeing students gain confidence as tough concepts finally click. My favorite things to teach are quantum mechanics and electromagnetism because they beautifully illustrate many critical concepts in advanced mathematics, giving students an unparalleled intuition into both how our math works and how we developed it. I approach lessons by building this intuition first, then layering on theory, tailoring each session to how the student learns best.
Outside of academics, I enjoy working on energy systems, coding simulations, and exploring public policy around energy and development. Whether we're solving equations or tackling test prep, I aim to make every session clear, supportive, and empowering.
