Execution is the largest section of the test, accounting for 31 percent of questions. Sample topics include making sure that all work is compliant with pertinent quality controls and sourcing the raw materials needed for project completion. Monitoring and controlling account for 25 percent of the questions and include monitoring the ever-changing risk landscape. Finally, the closing section encompasses seven percent of the questions and covers creating records for any audits in the future (among other topics).
Review courses and how-to books are available to help candidates with the PMP, but they are all limited to a defined curriculum that fails to take an individual's needs into consideration. A private PMP tutor offers the flexibility to focus on whatever you need help with.
