Before transferring to UIC I attended Augustana College and pursued degrees in physics and environmental studies. I hold excellent interpersonal and math skills and am good at explaining as well as doing math problems which in my opinion is somewhat of a rarity among science and math teachers. Throughout my youth I coached a swim team and have always gained an immense satisfaction from helping others. Tutoring is a win-win situation for both parties. The student becomes fluent and develops interest in a subject they have struggled with in the past and I gain from helping them improve and succeed.
