Today's students are faced with ever-increasing expectations and sometimes need extra help to stay on track. I strive to make learning a pleasure by presenting fun, hands-on activities. And I support students by teaching study skills and ways to work smarter. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Zoology. I love to crochet, swim and belly dance in my spare time. With 18 years experience teaching children, including raising two wonderful children of my own, I am confident in my ability to support students academically and emotionally. I love the bright smile that comes with the joy of learning and understanding.
