I am an experienced and certified teacher with expertise in math, science, and art. I'm passionate about helping young students build their skills and confidence so they can succeed. Today's students are faced with ever-increasing expectations and sometimes need extra help to stay on track. I strive to make learning a pleasure by presenting fun, hands-on activities. And I support students by teaching study skills and ways to work smarter.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Zoology. I love to crochet, swim and belly dance in my spare time.

With 18 years experience teaching children, including raising two wonderful children of my own, I am confident in my ability to support students academically and emotionally. I love the bright smile that comes with the joy of learning and understanding.
