I'm an undergraduate at UH-Clear Lake working on a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences. I've tutored for about two years now, including a year working at San Jacinto College's Math Center. It was a great experience because it was very busy and I got the chance to help dozens of students every day. However, I enjoy one-on-one tutoring the most because there is less pressure to help as many people as possible. Instead, I can focus on a single student for the entire session.

I'm a firm believer that being bilingual has set me up for success in the workplace and all generations should have access to learn even outside the realm of traditional school.

I am currently a student at the University of Texas at Arlington working towards my Masters in Linguistics, which I intend to use to continue teaching English language at a private or public school. I am also employed as a reading comprehension and vocabulary teacher at the Nepali Cultural Center in Irving. I have traveled to 15 countries including Lebanon and the Czech Republic, and I love reading, coffee, shopping, tech gadgets, creative writing, and singing karaoke in my spare time.

I am a graduate of Rice University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, and a minor in Neuroscience. I am strongly committed to bringing students to mastery. To accomplish this, I thought it was important that I am trained and educated extensively in this field. This is why I have obtained not only a Bachelor's degree in education, but I have obtained a Master's degree as well. Even with the most thorough training, mastering academics cannot be achieved without creating a welcoming space for learning friends.
