Some of my past students felt embarrassed and prideful, but when they realized asking questions was beneficial to their learning and comprehension skills, hesitating to ask for help was no longer viewed negatively. I am currently an undergraduate online student. I tend to ask for help from time to time when it is needed to gain the information to be confident in the subject at hand. I am currently working towards my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. My passion has allowed me to grow with tutoring Algebra, Elementary School Math, Learning Differences, Middle School Math, and Special Education. My favorite subject has always been Math and always will be. The reason for that is I like the idea of problem-solving and the step-by-step process it takes to get your answer. Once you have answered, it is exciting to know you achieved a problem at first you did not see a solution for but accomplished and succeeded anyway. I have grown interested in history and creative writing along my educational journey. When tutoring, my teaching philosophy is to allow my students to be themselves by speaking freely of any misunderstandings. I like to connect with my students by balancing fun and education to keep the engagement. The engagement allows my students to want to know more because they understand and succeed. These combined tactics are where the fun comes in, besides my personality that will keep them entertained throughout the process to distract them from frustration and always to want to try again. We only cherish to value the balance of fun and hard work in life, so let's do it together. I would have the pleasure of meeting you, and I can only hope likewise.

A part from academics, I am an Aquatics Specialist based in New York, but not limited to, additionally a Creative Director as well. I am in partnership with a Black Owned Production Company, Boogie Down Cinema Inc. My interests/Hobbies is being a poet and looking forward to translate that into music and published books that all women can relate to myself and children.
