About Me

My name is Amanda. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska! I teach in a Title One Middle School. In my current role I teach English Language Learners. I love teaching reading, writing, math, social studies and science to Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle School students. I also have experience with high school and adults as well. I have 18 years of early childhood experience. I have a blended family. My daughter is 17 my step son is 16 and my son is 12! In addition to teaching I own a daycare and watch Elementary age kids at my house each day. Everybody has the opportunity to learn and grow every day. I specialize with kids who have dyslexia, ADHD or are learning the English Language.
