I studied Psychology, English, and Gender Studies. I will be completing a dual masters degree in Social Work and Theology and Ministry from Boston College. While in high school, I served as a peer tutor for a wide range of subjects. In undergrad, I worked as a Teaching Assistant for an Abnormal Psychology class, as well serving as an ESL teacher for resettled refugees and immigrants living in Alabama. I spent three summers working as a camp counselor, giving me experience working with children in a wide range of ages. In an academic setting, I love to be challenged because I find it encourages me to expand my thinking in new ways. As a tutor, I try to encourage a dedication to problem solving. I believe that nothing is unsolvable- some problems just need outside the box creativity to conquer. Nothing makes me happier than the oxford comma.
