About Me

Hello there! My name is Grant Whitmer, and I'm a current medical student with an interest in entering into academic medicine (infectious diseases).I received my B.S. in Biochemistry (minors in Chemistry, Economics), summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Case Western Reserve University, where I was also a founding father of my fraternity and performed research at the interface of physical chemistry and microbiology. I'm passionate about teaching others the chemical basis of life!
