Born in the Pacific NW with a passion for many things including reading, Shakespeare, history, geology, writing, botany, ecology, cars, swimming, and music. Educated at Beloit College in Wisconsin (BA) and Indiana University (MA). I have extensively traveled within the Continental United States with brief stays outside the country in Europe, Canada, Mexico, Central Mexico, and the Caribbean. I now spend my spare time writing poetry from the heart and running a local car club. I reside in the enchanting state of New Mexico. I am often found under a hood of a car or traipsing in wilderness areas looking for wild herbs, studying geological formations and enjoying nature. I can also be found on FaceBook dispensing years of advice to younger generations and teaching students of all ages on various subjects.
