About Me

Hello! I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Mathematics and a teaching certificate in 2016. And, I completed one year of graduate level studies in Biostatistics, and I am almost done with my master's in social work. I have experience tutoring 3rd grade through college level students-- mostly in mathematics, writing, ACT, and GRE. I also have experience teaching in classrooms around Austin, and was a student teacher in a 7th grade mathematics classroom. I truly love learning new things! The reason I pursued a teaching certificate was so that I could help others find a passion for learning as well! I enjoy the one-on-one environment of tutoring because it allows students to learn in ways that best suite them. So, I am excited for more opportunities to tutor students in a wide range of subjects.
