Through tutoring in college I began to love tutoring and making light bulbs go off in students mathematical learning. I was a full time high school math teacher in Northern California for two years, but came to realise that I missed the individual attention that tutoring gives. Math is not an easy subject for many individuals, and with the new common core standards many students are seeing their math brains being stretched in multiple ways. I aim to break down math material into small comprehensible pieces for students to understand.
