As a certified social studies teacher with a degree from Arcadia University in History and Secondary Education, I have expansive experience in and out of the classroom as a tutor and educator. From private tutoring to working as an Advanced Tutor during college to serving as a tutor for City Year Philadelphia, I have experience working with students from a variety of ages, abilities, needs, and interests. In addition, my time in teacher training has taught me the value of differentiated instruction and the power of forming quality relationships with students. I am most passionate about tutoring history and writing as I believe that exploring our history can inform our future. Outside of tutoring, I love to run, read, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
