About Me

I graduated from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a minor in Mathematics. I have had tutoring experience since high school, when I tutored primary and middle school students math and English. I was also involved in grading and tutoring activities (maths, English and diction) at the Global Village School in Decatur GA for a year. During my college years, I worked as a Learning Assistant for Math Learning Center supporting courses in calculus and statistics for two years. I really enjoy working with students of all levels and observing progress over the time. Persistence, focus, and a little bit research on how to study smarter are what I want to work on with my students and for my own development. Beyond my interest in tutoring students with math skills, I have a passion for social science, business and marketing and am working to get a Master in Marketing and Market Research next year. In my free time, you can find me cooking Asian foods, listening to my favorite music channels on Pandora, planning my traveling with friends or being engaged in some chess games.
