I genuinely and deeply care about the students with whom I work, which creates a reciprocal relationship that I think is the foundation for establishing an education for students. The students I work with know I want the best for them, that everything I do for them is a gift for them because I care about them and want them to succeed. I got my education at the University of California, San Diego, where I majored in history and psychology. I stayed at UCSD for graduate school to earn a multiple subject teaching credential and a Master in Education. I have a supplementary authorization to teach social studies in all grades. My favorite subject is history because I find the truth to be so much more fascinating than fiction. But, I tutor in all subjects in elementary and middle school. I tutor in history and writing in high school. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, ultimate frisbee, and racquetball. I especially enjoy traveling and have been to sixty countries.
